Please browse through our online store here . Chose the products you wish to order and place them in your basket. As soon as we receive your order we will email you our size charts and colour charts and you can then confirm the size and colour of the products you wish to order.

 

We understand that every bride is a different size this is why we do not have a selection of sizes with our dresses. After you have been measured please submit the measurments to us and we will process the order. Orders take between 4 - 16 weeks to arrive depending on the gown ordered.

 

Size Charts

Please remember it is your responsibilty to know your own size as we will not give a refund for incorrect sizing. We advise that you are measured by an experienced seamstress.

Returns

All gowns guaranteed to be original, genuine, and handmade by qualified manufacturer.  Brand new, Never tried on.

·Alteration allowance for all gowns is 4inch. MOST WEDDING DRESSES ARE SIZED SMALLER THAN NORMAL DRESS SIZES. ALTERATIONS ARE USUALLY REQUIRED ON WEDDING GOWNS for perfect fitting.

·We will gladly offer a refund minus shipping fees if there is a manufacturer's fault in the garment. The gown has to be returned to us by registered post with insurance.

However we do not offer a refund if:

You change your mind about the purchase of the item.

You made a mistake when ordering i.e wrong colour, wrong size

You have seen the item cheaper

·If you receive a wedding dress or accessories you did not order or if the dress you ordered is received damaged or defective, we will refund you the price you paid for it or replace it with the identical one.  You should return this item within 3 days after you received it.  After 3 days we will no longer be responsible and the item wont' be taken back!  Item for returning must have the original tags and packing, otherwise it won't be accepted.  No other reason for returning except the above mentioned is considered! The item must be returned within 7 days of receiveing it.

· Our liability is only limited to refunds of the gown you have paid. We are not liable for any subsequent alterations to be made by you or neither are we liable for any losses incurred to you as a result of the purchase of the gown from us.

· All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless merchandise has mistakenly shipped.

· Insurance for shipping is highly recommended, as we cannot be responsible for the lost of the parcel during postage.

· You cannot cancel your order once we have commenced working on your gown.

This returns policy has been designed to protect both you the buyer, and us the seller, in order to ensure a fair business transaction. The policy complies with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, and does not affect your statutory rights.

Are the gowns all brand new for such a low price?

 

Yes, all dresses we are selling are ibrand new..  We only sell 100% brand new wedding gowns and accessories.   All our styles are modern and we can assure you that you will be able to pick your favorite styles from our online catalogue.  We always keep on an update with all the latest styles in the wedding industry.  You'll be surprised at the styles you can find on our website is selling at a much lower price than in other bridal stores.

Where do the dresses come from?

We deal with the most professional bridal gown manufacturers of the world.  A worn dress or sample gown will never be sold to our customers.  We only sell special ordered, new, first-quality gowns.

Which size should I order?

We strongly recommend you to get a professional tailor to measure it for you.  If you fall between sizes, always choose the larger size because it is always easier to reduce the size of the dress than to make it bigger.  Our dresses allow approximately 4 inches for alteration. 

Do you ship internationally?

No We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Do you have catalogues?

We are sorry that we do not offer catalogues.  Our prices are so competitive that it would increase our price if we print out catalogues.  Our online store is our catalogue.

Where are you located?

We are located in England.  We are an online store only.  The reason for our low price is because we do not carry the expensive costs of running a retail shop.  You will be guaranteed that our dresses are in top quality as it is in a shop.

How is the dress shipped?

The dress will be ordered from our factory it will then be shipped to our team who will triple check it. Once we are satisfied we will courier it over to you.

MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS

 

 

 

Once you have placed your order, the dress will be made to the exact measurements that have been provided.
It is therefore recommended that you DO NOT lose or pick up weight after placing the order, as this will obviously affect how the dress fits on your wedding day. If you are pregnant, please consider that you will probably be larger by the time of the wedding and amend the measurements accordingly.
We recommend that you get someone to take the measurements for you, as it is difficult to do them on your own (like the Bust and Hollow to Hem measurements). Ask them to either use a tape measure or some string that they can then measure afterwards.  You will need to note down the measurements in inches.  Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility if the gown has been made to the wrong size due to inaccurate measurements being taken.
